The App

UpDate is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple. Prices are subject to change. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use UpDate only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Your Content

All data you enter into the App — including your self-profile, standards, and ratings — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the App's features.

AI-Generated Content

The App uses AI to generate personalized strategies, analyses, and profile content. This content is generated based on the information you provide and is intended as a personal tool only. It does not constitute professional relationship, psychological, or life advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or outcomes of AI-generated content.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
